– When a customer places an order through the BiteExpress app, you will receive a notification on your BitexVendor app.

– The notification will include the order details, customer’s contact information, and delivery/pickup preferences.

2. Order Review and Acceptance:
– Upon receiving the order notification, review the order details to ensure accuracy and availability of the items.
– Accept the order promptly by clicking on the “Accept Order” button within the specified time frame.

3. Order Preparation:
– Start preparing the order as per the customer’s request.
– Carefully gather and pack the items to ensure accuracy and quality.

4. Tracking Order Status:
– Use the BitexVendor app to track the status of each order, from acceptance to preparation and delivery.
– Update the status in real-time to keep both your team and the BitexDriver assigned to the order informed.

5. Timing and Delivery:
– Aim to complete order preparation within the specified time frame to facilitate timely delivery or pickup.
– Hand over the order to the assigned BitexDriver for delivery if it’s a delivery order.

– For takeaway orders, notify the customer when the order is ready for pickup.

6. Order Fulfillment Updates:
– Communicate with the BitexDriver responsible for delivering the order through the app’s messaging feature.

– Provide the driver with any relevant information, such as delivery instructions or special requests.

7. Quality Control:
– Maintain high-quality standards during order preparation and packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Double-check orders for accuracy before they are dispatched for delivery.

8. Monitoring Delivery Progress:
– Use the app to track the progress of the order delivery in real-time.
– Receive notifications when the order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.

9. Handling Order Modifications:
– If a customer requests a modification to their order after it has been placed, promptly communicate with them to accommodate the change.
– Update the order details in the app to reflect the changes.

10. Order Completion:
– Once the order is delivered or picked up, mark it as “Completed” in the BitexVendor app.
– Encourage customers to provide feedback and rate their experience for continuous improvement.
