2. Accepting an Order:
– Once you receive an order notification, promptly review the details to confirm its accuracy and availability.
– If you can fulfill the order, click on the “Accept Order” button within the specified time frame.
– If you are unable to accept the order (e.g., due to unavailability of items or exceeding capacity), click on the “Decline Order” button, and provide a reason for the decline.
3. Preparing the Order:
– After accepting the order, start preparing the items as per the customer’s request.
– Ensure the order is correctly packed, and any additional instructions or condiments are included.
4. Tracking Order Status:
– In the BitexVendor app, you can track the status of each order, from acceptance to preparation and delivery.
– Update the status of the order in real-time (e.g., “Confirmed,” “Processing,” “Out for Delivery,” “Delivered”).
5. Timing and Delivery:
– Aim to prepare orders within the specified time frame to ensure timely delivery to the customer.
– Hand over the order to the assigned BitexDriver for delivery if it’s a delivery order.
– For takeaway orders, inform the customer when the order is ready for pickup.
6. Communicate with Customers:
– Keep the customer informed of the order’s progress through the BitexVendor app’s chat feature or through direct phone communication if necessary.
– Provide estimated delivery or pickup times and address any queries or concerns promptly.
7. Quality Control:
– Maintain quality standards during preparation and packaging to ensure customers receive their orders in the best condition.
– Double-check orders before handing them to the delivery personnel.
8. Confirm Order Completion:
– Once the order is delivered or picked up, mark the order as “Completed” in the app.
– Encourage customers to rate their experience and provide feedback to improve your service.
9. Handling Order Modifications:
– If a customer requests a modification to their order after it has been placed, promptly communicate with them to accommodate the change.
– Update the order details in the app to reflect the changes.
