Step 1: Complete Your Order
– Place an order on the BiteExpress app and wait for the delivery to be completed.
Step 2: Access Order History
– Open the BiteExpress app and navigate to the “Order History” section. This section usually contains a list of your past orders.
Step 3: Select the Order
– Locate the specific order for which you want to provide feedback and ratings. Tap on it to open the order details.
Step 4: Provide Feedback
– Within the order details, you will find an option to provide feedback or rate the experience. Tap on the review button to proceed.
Step 5: Rate Your Experience
– You will be presented with a rating scale through a set of stars. Choose the appropriate rating that reflects your overall satisfaction with the BitexVendor, and on the other tab, the BitexDriver.
Step 6: Leave a Comment (Optional)
– BiteExpress’s feedback systems allow you to leave a comment and write a review. Provide additional comments or specific feedback about your experience.
Step 7: Submit Your Feedback
– Once you have selected the rating and provided any optional comments, review your feedback to ensure accuracy. Then, tap on the “Submit” or “Send” button to submit your feedback.
